That’s why our program is designed specifically for adults who are looking to get in shape or reclaim their fitness. Whether you’re at your peak fitness level or need a little extra help to get back in shape, our program is here to support you every step of the way.
Regardless of your current fitness level, we’ll start slow and work at your own pace, gradually increasing the intensity of your workouts as you gain strength and endurance. All that’s required of you is to show up and give it your all.
Our non-contact kickboxing class is the perfect way to get back into shape, incorporating a range of exercises such as punching bags, light jumping, aerobics, and more – all set to an upbeat and motivating soundtrack. You’ll leave each class feeling energized, strong, and empowered.
